Aventa Learning has several training options:

1. Online Instructor Training
2. Classroom Resources Training
3. Online Mentor Training

Training includes:

• Course immersion -- Course immersion includes reviewing the motif, course standards and activities that meet the standards, course resources, rubrics, assessments, and sample student work. Course immersion can be one day face-to-face (a minimum of three trainees is required) or virtual.



• Online teacher training course – This online course includes helpful tech tips. Each trained teacher will be provided password access information. This course should be completed prior to the course immersion.



• Virtual School training manual, which includes online teaching strategies.



• Course structure training which includes how to modify the local template pages and add modules to the content.



• Ongoing mentoring following the training. This mentoring includes six hours of email and telephone contact and scheduled telephone conference calls with a master teacher during the first year of the licensing.
