About Dr. Cathy Mincberg
Cathy Mincberg joined KCDL in May, 2009 as Chief Academic Officer. Prior to KCDL, Cathy served as Chief Operating Officer of the Portland Public Schools (PPS) and was the Founder and President of the Center for School District Effectiveness (CSCE), where she helped school systems improve their business operations.

About Rebecca Tomasini
Rebecca joined KC Distance Learning in October 2009 and she oversees the instruction and evaluation practices for the company’s 3 lines of services. Prior to KC Distance Learning, Rebecca worked with the CA Charter Schools Association as the Director of ZOOM! Data Source, the first program of its kind in the nation student achievement management program. In California, Rebecca taught high and middle school English and ELD at Bell Gardens High School and in Athens, Greece at Athens College. Rebecca is an adjunct professor and lecturer in the graduate schools of education at Claremont Graduate University, Lewis and Clark and Portland State.
