Instruction: Evaluation/Reports

Progress reports are critical in an online environment to ensure a student is staying on track. We’ve designed several reports to keep students, parents, teachers and schools updated on a student’s progress and performance in their online course(s).

Other reports include:

  • Weekly progress reports for mentors and parents provide a high level snapshot of student progress, grade to date, and time spent online;
  • Weekly teacher engagement reports provide teachers with an effective classroom management tool, instantly highlighting students who are disengaged or academically at risk;
  • Attendance reports provide visibility into the amount of time students spend working in their courses on a daily basis;
  • Online progress and activity reports provide near real-time access to student progress and performance data;
  • Utilization reports help schools manage their available course enrollments; and,
  • District level reports help districts quickly assess online course adoption and success rates by school.
