Ready to Enroll with Aventa Learning?

If you are interested in registering for online course(s) with Aventa Learning, proceed by following a few simple steps. 

Step 1:  Complete & Submit the Aventa Enrollment Form

Submitting a registration enrollment form is required to sign up for online course(s) with Aventa Learning.  Select the enrollment form that applies to the type of course(s) you want to register, complete, and submit the form via email or fax.  If you are enrolling in both Standard and Credit Recovery courses, you will be required to submit two separate enrollment forms.

School and school districts have the option of utilizing Aventa Front Office (AFO) to enroll new students online.  Or, choose to use the Excel spreadsheets.

Aventa Standard Enrollment Form (Excel):  Use this form if you are enrolling in any course(s) that do not include Credit Recovery.

Aventa Credit Recovery Enrollment Form (Excel):  Use this form to enroll in Credit Recovery courses only.

Aventa Self-Pay Enrollment Form (PDF):  Use this form to enroll in Credit Recovery or supplemental courses that are not being paid for by a school or district.

Submit your completed enrollment form(s) via email or fax:

New enrollment forms are generally processed within 24-48 business hours.  A confirmation email will be sent to the student with their login credentials.

Students will be required to agree to the Online Course Acceptable User Policy before beginning their online courses.  A parent or guardian will be required to agree to the Parental/Guardian Medical Waiver.  You will receive information on how to complete and submit these forms sometime after submitting initial enrollment forms. 

Step 2:  Accessing Aventa Courses

Once you have received confirmation of your registration for Aventa Learning course(s), and have been provided a User ID and Password, you can start accessing your class(es) by using the Login button, located at the top right of any Aventa website page. 

Step 3:  Purchase Textbooks & Materials

Aventa Learning offers a textbook fulfillment center so that it’s convenient to purchase required textbooks. Find out which courses require which textbooks or learning materials.

Required Aventa Learning Materials (PDF):  Review the course materials list to identify which Aventa courses require textbooks or materials.  Then, proceed to purchasing Textbooks.

Click here to Purchase Textbooks:  Complete the online form to begin the process of ordering textbooks and materials.  Materials usually ship within 24-48 business hours of order and payment completion, and arrive within another 3-5 business days.

Refunds

Aventa Learning provides a 14-day grace period for all students who enroll in an online course. If a student withdraws within 14 days from when the student enrolls, Aventa Learning will refund 50% of any course fees. This withdrawal must be received in writing by Aventa by fax or email before the grace period ends. There are no refunds on products other than online courses once an enrollment is made.
