Instruments come in all shapes and sizes. You may play one, or several, or know someone who does. Have you ever wondered how they are made? Or what they are made of? Years ago, without today's advanced technology, instruments were made with primitive materials, and sometimes not "made" at all. Rhythm and sounds have always attracted people, and even when materials for creating instruments were not readily available, common items were used as instruments. Take the saw, for example. Did you know that you can actually play a saw? What about limbs from a tree? You can actually bang two together and get quite a nice rhythm going.
In this lesson, you will learn all about ancient instruments as well as modern instruments. Here are a few questions to get you thinking about this lesson.
